Shelby Miller is the founder of RUMA Medical. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Gonzaga University. Shelby is a skilled cosmetic injector and is well-known in the medical aesthetics industry for producing natural, transformative results. She founded RUMA Medical and has personally educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetics community across 30+ states as well as outside the United States in Europe, Mexico, and Canada. Shelby is a national speaker, trainer, and GEN Now faculty member for Galderma as well as a key opinion leader for Allergan Aesthetics, Aesthetics Biomedical, and Sciton. She is proactive, detail-oriented, and constantly trying to learn, grow, and improve her aesthetic skills. Shelby loves working in this industry and has a passion for helping her patients become the best form of themselves.

Oaklee is committed to providing personalized care and meticulous attention to detail. As a Functional Wellness Medical Assistant, she finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve their desired results, which boosts their confidence and overall well-being. Oaklee aims to ensure that each patient feels valued and empowered on their journey to looking and feeling their best. In her free time, she enjoys fly fishing, tennis, golf, traveling, attending country concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Morgan was born and raised in Utah. She received her Master Esthetics License from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and has been practicing in the field since 2022. From a young age, Morgan has taken great interest in health and wellness and believes that healthy skin starts from within. Being able to share her love for skin health treatments, from relaxing to transformative, along with medical grade skin care products is a dream come true. She says “helping others feel beautiful in their own skin is my reason why, I have experienced not feeling confident and I love that I can be a small part of someone’s journey to confidence. I am extremely honored to be a part of the Aesthetics Team at RUMA and can’t wait to continue my career while building lifelong connections with my clients.” When Morgan is not at RUMA, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, getting a good workout in, and baking chocolate chip cookies.

Karly is a Master Esthetician and Certified Phlebotomist with over six years of experience in medical aesthetics. She recently stepped into her dream role as Skin Health Lead at RUMA, where she blends her expertise with the practice’s elevated approach to skin care to provide clients with an exceptional experience. Karly takes a personalized, detail-driven approach, combining clinical precision with a deeply intentional client experience. She is highly invested in her clients’ skin and well-being, truly acting as their #1 fan in the treatment room.

Outside of work, Karly enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, golfing, and continuing her education. She welcomes anyone seeking thoughtful, elevated skin care to connect with her.

Jenna Hyer believes that every system in the body is connected, so mental health care should be, too. Mood, focus, and energy are not separate from physiology; they are influenced by sleep, stress, hormones, movement, nutrition, inflammation, and connection with others.

As a dual board‑certified Nurse Practitioner, Jenna bridges functional medicine principles with conventional psychiatry. Her approach is integrative, evidence‑based, and deeply personalized. Treatment plans may include therapy, medication management, ketamine therapy, TMS, and other innovative options alongside foundational supports such as targeted supplementation, nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, time outdoors, and meaningful connection.

Olivia was born and raised in California. She is a full time student at Utah Valley University. Olivia has worked in the aesthetics industry for three years and loves being able to play a small role in helping somebody feel more confident inside and out. When she is not working or in school she loves to snowboard, pickle ball, wakeboard, and spend time with her family (especially her nieces and nephews). She’s still trying to fall in love with the cold winters but the people in Utah make it worth the move. A few of her favorite things about working at RUMA are the work culture and the education each provider goes through to provide the best care for their patients.

Gabby is currently studying nursing at Utah Valley University with plans to become an injector. She has her master aesthetician license and loves helping clients boost their confidence through aesthetics.

Izzy is a compassionate medical assistant who loves helping others feel confident, inside and out. With a background in patient care and a naturally warm personality, she strives to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client. Izzy loves being part of each person’s journey to feeling their best and takes pride in making patients feel supported and cared for.
When she’s not at work or school, Izzy enjoys spending time with her husband, being outside, and listening to music. She values meaningful connections and loves bringing positivity into every space she’s in.

Zoie has been working as a Patient Care Coordinator for almost three years and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported. With a dental assisting license and a background in hands-on patient care, she enjoys being a trusted point of connection between patients and providers.

Cora is a passionate skincare enthusiast from Delta, Utah. She earned her Master Aesthetician license in 2024 and loves helping clients choose the ideal skincare regimen to achieve their best skin. When she’s not helping clients, Cora enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Julie is a Utah County native with a deep passion for the health, wellness, and beauty industry. She holds both Cosmetology and Master Aesthetician licenses and is also a certified yoga instructor. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
