BBL safely admits light into the skin to help break down the melanocytes that cause uneven pigmentation and helps regenerate new healthier cells. Using ZO Skin Health Aloe cooling mask and cryotherapy at the end of the treatment provides you with the complete RUMA experience.

It varies depending on the severity of pigmentation. Initially you will need 3-6 treatments of Forever Young BBL. After your 3-6 treatments it is recommended to maintain with 3+ treatments per year. Forever Clear BBL is recommended in a series of 5+ treatments.

Results are dependent on how many treatments are needed for the severity of pigmentation, or acne and acne scarring. Each treatment helps eliminate these issues. Over the course of 4-6 weeks after your treatment you will start seeing improvement in the tone, texture and overall health of the skin.

However, we are also constantly regenerating cell damage due to internal and external factors which is why it is so important to maintain your yearly treatments of 3+ per year to ensure that we are preventing and repairing any cell damage.

BBL has minimal downtime allowing you to return back to Your normal routine in no time. No sun exposure, tanning beds, hot tubs, or saunas for 7-10 days after treatments. It is recommended to keep your body temperature down for at least 24-48 hours after including no strenuous exercise. You can cover up with our mineral makeup line: Jane Iredale immediately after if needed.

After your Moxi treatment you will immediately feel heat on the skin for up to 48 hours with the heat subsiding over time. It is important that you keep your body temperature down during this time which means no saunas, hot tubs, sun exposure or tanning beds. You will need to keep this skin moisturized during your healing time with healing time being a total of 7-10 days. On about the third day MENDS (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris) will appear on the skin. This will look and feel like a fine sand texture. This will naturally flake off over time and is important that you are delicate with the skin while the MENDS heal. Swelling is also common and normal immediately after treatment and can last several days. It is recommended to not wear makeup for 24 hours after your Moxi treatment.

We provide tools to make this treatment as comfortable as possible including topical numbing, anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety medications if needed. It is a relatively quick and easy procedure that allows you to return back to your active lifestyle in no time.
